iPro, LLC is a document conversion company. We convert paper files and documents into digital files that are stored on either CD, DVD, or portable hard drive. Our service eliminates onsite and offsite storage of paper, and makes the search and retrieval of files and documents fast and efficient. The digital files are structured exactly as the paper files they replace.
iPro, LLC does not sell hardward or software. The resulting digital files can be accessed quickly using the excel software provided with all computers. In the future, if your company puchases a document management system (DMS), these digital files may be loaded into your DMS should you wish to have historic data imported. Even if you do not load them into DMS, they relieve you of the storage and retrieval problems. |
